Pros

Includes all needed forms for individual federal filing. Offers option to talk with a tax professional. Audit assistance is an included option. Users can purchase a 1040X later if needed – a form that is somehow problematic for other tax prep brands.

Cons

Interface is kludgy. Upsells are annoying and disruptive. Help function’s answers to some tax or technical questions are not always clear. State return costs $22 extra.
